Hi friends. Happy to meet you all again with another interesting article. This time it is Nokia Lumia 928. This model has been announced in April and it got released & available in Market from May, 2013. Let us see the over all features of this handset.
Nokia Lumia 928 comes with the support of 2G, 3G and 4G services. It comes with the facility of Micro-SIM and its total weight is about 162g. It seems little bit heavy.
The display of the new Lumia 928 is of AMOLED Capacitive touchscreen, with Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection and it supports Multi Touch facility. It gives PureMotion HD + Clear Black display and displays up to 16M colors. It has 3.5mm jack for Head Phones (Dolby), Loud Speaker but it does not support FM radio facility. The Call alerts in Nokia Lumia 928 are by Vibration and MP3/WAV ringtones.
Now the most awaited memory part of the handset, which supports up to 32 GB storage as the internal storage provided with 1 GB RAM. But there is no external card slot facility. On the connectivity side, it supports GPRS, EDGE, wireless technology, Bluetooth, NFC and micro USB facilities.
Lumia 928 comes with 8 Mega pixel (Rear End) camera, provided with carl zeiss optics for a 1/3.2” sensor size, 1.4 µm pixel size. It has autofocus facility, Xenon flash and features like Geo tagging, auto focus, Pure View Technology, panorama and Optical Image Stabilization support.The Video recording is available at the rate of 1080p@30fps with video stabilization & stereo sound recording.There is a secondary camera facility available in 1.2 MP with recording rate of 720p@30fps.
It has Non-Removable Li-ion battery which has stand by time is up to 606 hours for 2G & up to 541 hours for 3G & a talk time of up to 11 hours 40 min for 2G & 16 hours 20 min for 3G. For music lovers, the music play time is up to 80 hours.
Nokia Lumia 928 uses Microsoft Windows Phone 8 OS and it supports SMS, MMS, E-mail, push Email, IM, HTML5 browser and GPS support. It doesn’t support JAVA. It is available in Black and White colors
Some of the important features of this model includes Wireless charging, Active noise cancellation facility is available with dedicated mic,SNS integration, .MP3 player, Free Skydrive storage up to 7GB, Document viewer/editor, photo/video editor, voice memo/dial/Commands and predictive text input facilities.
