SONY XPERIA TABLET Z LTE

Hi friends. Happy to meet you all again with another review. This time it is, Sony Xperia Tablet Z LTE. As i surfed through net, i mean through many mobile websites, this model is still in top with many views and hits. So i thought of writing a review about it and here it is. 

This is a Tablet Computer and it will not any GSM voice communication all over the world. The tablet is otherwise known as SO-03E in Japanese Market and SGP-321 for European Market.

This model has been announced in February, 2013 and it is released & available in Market from May, 2013.  It comes with 2G and 3G support only. The total weight of the Tablet is about 495g and it supports Micro-SIM. As i read about this model, it displayed IP57 certified (really i don know about this certification guys), which showed 'Dust and Water resistant', which is up to an extent about 1 meter and 30 minutes. I saw an advertisement of Xperia Z, which shows a girl, pouring water above this mobile (i'm in India guys, so i don know about the rest of the world), which really gave me a shock but it is true. 

The display of the new Xperia Tablet Z is of LED-backlit LCD, Capacitive touchscreen, with Shatter proof and scratch-resistant glass protection, which supports Multi Touch facility ( 10 fingers at a time) and displaying  up to 16M colors.

It has a 3.5mm jack for Head Phones (3D surround Sound Enhancement), Loud Speaker and Stereo FM radio with RDS support.

The internal memory supports 16 GB storage supported by 2GB RAM, but the MicroSD card slot supports up to 64 GB.The connectivity includes GPRS, EDGE, wireless support, Bluetooth, NFC and USB support. It has infrared port also.

Xperia Tablet Z comes with 8.1 Mega pixel rear camera, with auto focus facility. face and smile detection, Geo tagging, touch focus and High Dynamic Image Ranging (HDR). The Video recording is available at the rate of 1080p @ 30fps along with HDR. 

There is a secondary camera (front) which is about 2.2 MP with recording rate at 1080p @ 30fps.

It comes with a non-removable Li-Po battery with stand-by time of up to 1230 hours for 2G & 1270 hours for 3G facility and the Talk time is Up to 10 hours (multimedia). For the music lovers, the gud news is that the music play time is up to 110 hours. 

It uses Android OS, version 4.1.2.(Jelly Bean) (can be upgraded to v4.2) and it supports SMS, MMS, E-mail, push Email, IM, HTML5 browser, GPS and JAVA. It is available in Black and White colors.

Some of the main features of this tablet includes Social Network Service integration, TV out is available. Document viewer, photo viewer/editor, voice memo and predictive text input facilities are available.
